Nephew Tour Summer 2006

Well, it took us two weeks, but we are finally posting about Labor Day. Unfortunately, we forgot to pack the camera, so no pictures. As most of you know, we went on a Nephew Tour, since we hadn't seen them in so long. We must say that we have the three cutest nephews in the world! Our first stop was to see Matt and Wendy. We met up with them, got to know Wendy better, and enjoyed pizza at the Pi. Saturday we enjoyed breakfast at Magelby's fresh, hung out with Jer, Kenz and Channing, but the highlight of the night was Frisbee golf with Will and Kristin. We only threw a few into the trees, and needless to say, Troy is not in Frisbee golf shape, so he was feeling it for the next couple of days! How pathetic is that! Sunday was dinner with Troy's family and the Burt side of his family. It was good to see everyone, and more importantly, win the 25 Famous People Game! Monday Troy went golfing with the boys, and then played in the Labor Day bowl. It was a fun weekend, and thanks to all of you for your hospitality and making it so. It was hard to leave, but we did get some good news this last Sunday. Troy was released as Executive Secretary! The Bishop felt it was time for a change, and we certainly are fine with that. Tracie is looking forward to riding to and from church with Troy, and having him home more on Sundays and Tuesdays.
