The framing has begun on our house. Probably by next weekend, the second story will be up and pretty much there won't be anything that will stop the house from finishing. We are definitely looking to close by the end of January. How exciting?!?!?!?! We can't believe that it's only less than 3 months away. It seems like yesterday when we went down to Castle Rock "just to take a look."
Yesterday, we went to Troy's co-worker's home for a pumpkin carving party. It has been quite some time since we've carved a pumpkin. At least for Tracie. It's been at least 6 years for her. As you can see from our masterpiece, we did a fine job. We even came as the first runner up among 14 other pumpkins. Not too shabby for being so rusty. There's actually 2 carvings on the pumpkin. The one pictured came out better in the picture but the other one is cooler.

The house looks great. I am sorry to say that the pumpkin is not as impresive as the house. Our pumpkins smoke yours :P Hehe
