Last day of Winter

It's the last week in April so that can only mean one thing here in Castle Rock: Snow.
It started snowing on Friday morning, and we had a good 8-10 inches of wet snow by Friday afternoon. Logically, it rained on Friday night, before snowing again on Saturday.

This should be the last snow of the season, so in that way it is nice. The landscaping time frame is pushed back one more week. Should be done in time to enjoy the May sunshine. BBQ anyone?

Brooke got to play with Cooper this week, who is the son of Tracie's new visiting teacher. I think she enjoyed the company.

Oh yeah, it started snowing again on Sunday night. What was Tracie's opinion you ask?

Oh, my you have had a long winter. I remember the big storm last October when we came to visit. No fair that it is still happening SIX months later. Hope it's a great summer for you. We're supposed to get snow the next 3 days (but just in the mountains) and it will be 40-48 degrees for the high. We, therefore, have a LITTLE empathy for you.
