Tracie started feeling 'cramps' yesterday, and everything we read suggested they were Braxton-Hicks. This morning they got a little more uncomfortable and were coming regularly enough that we called the doctor. We went to her office at 9 and while Tracie had made progress (she's at a 2), they don't think it is actual labor yet. So she is on a walking regimine, and we go back this afternoon. They also hooked her up for a stress test and seeing how low she was reading this morning, and how high it could get during the big contractions, Tracie respects the epidural a whole lot more! :) So no baby yet, but we are making progress. Not sure if we will make it to Friday...

That is so awesome. Yes- whomever invented the epidural is definitely a god/goddess in my book. Long live the epidural!!
Good luck! We will keep our fingers crossed for you. You still look fabulous- way to go.
woo hoo! So excited!
I can't believe she is at a 2 and still that comfortable! I was in horrific pain at a 2 with Jackson. Hopefully things start picking up and she doesn't have to be induced--I hear that's never fun.
Sending "baby out" vibes!
Ehhh the pain will pass. They sure do hurt when they are strong.
Hip, hip, hooray!!! You better keep us posted because we are so excited!!! Anything is better than being induced, so way to go baby girl!!! Hang in there, Tracie!!
Wahoo! It's about time! If you do get induced, get the epidural right after so you don't feel anything. I waited to get the epidural and let me tell you it was not fun. You will do great either way. I'm glad your mom is there with you. She will be a blessing when the baby comes. My phone is always on. Call Me!
Good luck! You'll do great! Having a baby is a piece of cake! Danelle practically walked right out! (oh that was because she was "breech") But stay positive and enjoy this special event!!! We love ya and we're thinkin of you!
And?
The afternoon has come and gone.
Time for another update!!
